Marshmallow Snowman
- 3 large marshmallows
- cloves
- 4 mini marshmallows
- 3 pretzel sticks
- gumdrops & rings
- fruit leather
Cut strip of fruit leather for scarf. Gently push a pretzel stick through 2 large marshmallows. wrap scarf around end of pretzel. Add another large marshmallow for the head.
Use another pretzel to attach gumdrop hat. Make eyes and mouth with cloves and rolled fruit leather. Use another gumdrop for the nose. Make arms with pretzels and mini marshmallows.
Hot Pizza Dip
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
- 2 Tbs. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbs. sliced green onion
- Breadsticks or Canape bread slices
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine in batter bowl cream cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well. Spread in the bottom of mini-baker. Combine cheeses. Sprinkle half of cheese mixture over cream cheese. Spread pizza sauce over cheese with skinny scraper. Top with remaining cheese, peppers, and onions.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling around the edges.
Note: Pizza dip may also be heated in microwave oven. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Turn. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes more or until mixture is bubbling around the edges.
Yield: 12 servings
Serving Suggestions: Serve with breadsticks that have been baked on the baking stone or Valtrompia Bread slices.
Banana Split Brownie Pizza
- 1 package (appr. 21 ounces) brownie mix
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- Banana slices
- Strawberry slices
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate
- 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie mix in batter bowl according to package directions. Place parchment paper on 15-inch baking stone. Pour brownie mixture on paper and spread into a 14-inch circle. (Do not bake without parchment paper or batter will run off stone while baking.)
Bake 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool to room temperature. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over brownie "crust". Top with fruit and nuts. Melt chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over pizza. Chill. cut into wedges with pizza cutter.
Yield: 12-16 servings.
